Wooden Flooring

We provide the wooden boards of your choice and qualified experts to complete your wooden flooring. As a standard, we use the tongue and grove boards that are manufactured in our factory in Bangalore.

Each board is interlocked with the other in the tongue and grove lock.

The laying begins by spreading a 6 mil PU sheet on the clean concrete surface on top of which ply is placed with 2mm spacing between each ply boards. This is followed by laying the flooring boards starting from the corners and walkways wherein one edge of the board is cut on-site and placed with 2mm distance to the wall. The corner walls receive nailing on the top and then the rest of the surface is laid and flooring nails punched at 45˚ from the bord edges to ensure no nails are visible.

Once the entire surface is completed, the boards are sandered with a 80grit sandering sheet. The choosen finish colour and polish is then applied on the flooring and left to dry for 24hours.

Your flooring in now complete and ready to walk on!
